Medicaid Service Coordination – Service coordination (MSC) to assist people with developmental disabilities and their families. The service coordinator assists in the identification of needs, whether in the medical, social, educational, residential, employment or other areas. Together with the family and consumer they develop a plan of service, assist in advocating and accessing services within the community.

Residential Habilitation – A customized in-home program whereby a counselor/trainer assists with daily living skills provides training to increase independence and facilitates community integration. Activities are tailored to meet the specific needs of the consumer.

Environmental Modifications and Adaptive Equipment - This program is designed to assess the needs and provide the consumer with home modifications and specialized equipment to facilitate independence and self-sufficiency.

Nofesh- Weekend respite program conducted during several weekends through the year.
