Employment Services

Pre-Voc - Provides employment opportunities on an “earn while you learn” basis, in a stress free industrial environment. HASC Center negotiates contracts with companies who provide packaging and assembly jobs in a fully stimulated work setting. In addition staff facilitates group instruction and extra curricular activities designed to educate and enhance the overall work training experience.

Work Readiness – Participants are prepared to enter the supportive or competitive work environment. They are provided with the opportunity to learn skills and proper work conduct and behavior. In addition, there are classroom settings to teach grooming skills, job application skills, interacting with co-workers, budgeting and money management. Participants are given the opportunity to try out their newfound skills in actual part-time work settings.

Supported Work - Job placement and on-site training is provided to the individual with the potential of working in a competitive environment. Our qualified job coaches provide intensive one-to-one coaching and ongoing support services including travel training to ensure stability and employment.
